Pokemon Project: Pikachu

Finally, after months of this project, it's time for the most well known Pokémon of all. I didn't have the necessary lightning bolts, but I bought some from ebay before the quarantine even started. This set took a lot of arranging, rearranging, and completely changing the plans I had for it, but thanks to the quarantine, I've been doing a lot more of everything.

Unfortunately, I had to realize that my mom's tablecloth isn't as good for pictures as the naked table was. Oh well.

Pichu:

To start the trend of baby Pokémon being listed with their evolved forms, I made these earrings to represent Pichu. The lightning bolts were bought from ebay, everything else from Hobby Lobby.

Pikachu:

Made entirely of beads from leftover projects, some wire, and a magnetic clasp, Pikachu isn't as cute as it is on TV. Since my point is to make Pokémon jewelry without using their images, I still passed that test.

Raichu:

I used the last of the beads from the Charmander line to finish the Raichu necklace. I realized that I flipped one of the lightning bolts around so it didn't match the other two, but I plan on keeping these, so it's not going to matter.

The quarantine isn't killing me like it's killing my family. I'm used to not going to work or school and being trapped in the house all day. I'm just hoping my internet stays active and the world gets healthy.
